		Terms of Service

This Agreement describes the entire terms and conditions between WWWToolz and user (hereinafter "Site Owner") which was last modified Wednesday, December 18, 2002. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree with our Privacy Policy.

SERVICE PROVIDED

WWWToolz provides Site Owner with various utilities for Site Owner's Website including administrative features to manage these utilities. Site Owner is at least eighteen (18) years or older or a minor over the age of thirteen (13) who has parental permission.

RESTRICTIONS

Your account may not be used for any of the following, but not limited, activities: any SPAM related activity, Nudity or Pornography, Piracy, Hacking, or Warez, Adult Content, Harassment, Hatred, Racism, Any Illegal Content, Any Third Party Sponsors (Banner advertisments or revenue-making links), no links to any image or text to material that is listed above and any content that is found to be offensive by WWWToolz. In addition, you may not use our services if your website contains any content listed above or links to any content listed above.

SERVICE

This service is provided "as is." Although WWWToolz will make every effort to provide the Site Owner with this service with no interruptions or loss of data, WWWToolz is not responsible for any loss as a result of these interruptions or data losses.

WWWToolz reserves the right to but is not limited to modify, suspend, edit, revoke and terminate your account at any time without reason.

Finally, You agree to make every effort to monitor your account to keep account information up to date, and to insure that your site does not contain any content that violates these terms.

TERMINATION

WWWToolz reserves the right to but is not limited to modify, suspend, edit, revoke and terminate your account at any time without reason.

In addition, your account may be removed for any of the following reasons: Violation of these Terms Of Services, Failure to maintain accurate member information (including but not limited to your email address and webpage URL), or any attempt to disrupt our services.

GENERAL TERMS

You agree to indemnify and hold WWWToolz harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, made by any party due to or arising from your message board, your violation of our terms or service, or your violation of the rights of another person. WWWToolz shall have the sole discretion as to what constitutes a violation of any of these terms.

MODIFICATION

These Terms Of Services may be changed at any given time, if it is the last modified date will be posted at the top.
